CHOOSE YOUR EVENT TYPE
Decide on a format and an audience;

Happy Hours: Casual networking over drinks at a pub/ bar, perfect for connecting after work (15-30 people).

Coffee Breaks: Meet up in a local cafes for focused, smaller discussions (5-15 people).​​​​

In order to keep the event focused and as high value as possible, try to be specific with the audience that you're bringing together by selecting a theme such as 'fan engagement,' 'digital media,' or 'sports technology.'

FIND A VENUE
All you need is a pub or a cafe in your city. Keeping the numbers smaller (5-30 people) keeps the event intimate and it means sourcing a venue isn't a hassle.
Note: Sports Pundit is unable to cover deposits or minimum spend requirements, so we recommend selecting a venue willing to host without financial obligations.

GAUGE INTEREST & GET APPROVED
Try to gather support from 3-5 members in your area to ensure your event gets the green light. Once you have enough interest (we can help!), we’ll approve your event and advertise it on sportspundit.co/event-list to all our members where they can RSVP.
It's then over to you turn up, have a good time, and make sure everyone feels welcome!
